Do you use customer data or documents to train AI models?
No. Your documents and data are never used to train shared AI models or improve third-party AI services. Your data remains under your control at all times.
What are "AI credits?"
AI credits power features like RealityCheck citation analysis. Each plan includes a monthly allotment sized to typical usage; Enterprise plans get custom limits matched to your team's actual workflow.
Do unused credits expire?
Included monthly AI credits reset each month and do not roll over. Additional purchased credit packs remain available for up to one year from the date of purchase.
Can I buy additional credits?
